Elrick Bass Guitars began as an all six string specialty manufacturer and has since become a full line, bass only company specializing in the construction of four, five, six, seven, and eight string bass guitars and piccolo basses. All Elrick Basses are manufactured by hand from the boards up. Every facet of construction is done in house, which makes accommodating custom orders as easy as selecting an instrument from the standard line. Handmade from the finest exotic hardwoods, all Elrick Basses feature bodies of swamp ash or alder. Necks are constructed of quartersawn hard maple with graphite stiffening rods or quartersawn wenge. 35" scale bubinga or wenge fretboard with zero fret is standard. All models feature Hipshot hardware and Bartolini pickups and 3-band active/passive preamp as original equipment.
