Many companies have much of their product(s) manufactured overseas or in Mexico by factory workers and/or manufacturing machines. Then they import them, do minor finish work or assembly here and (legally?) call their products “Made in the U.S.A.”

Pedulla, on the other hand, can proudly say that they make their basses COMPLETELY in the U.S.A. They buy rough boards of lumber and every step of the bass-making process is done, by Michael Pedulla in their small shop in Massachusetts -- Pedulla bass guitars REALLY are completely Made in the U.S.A.!
