Ashdown Engineering

Building on the successful combination of blendable tube and solid state input stages, sophisticated tone shaping facilities and plenty of unrestrained power, the new ABM EVO II's feature entirely new power sections with greater headroom and transient attack, and even lower noise. In addition, the amount of overdrive can now be preset and selected by a footswitch, adding to an extensive range of footswitchable performance features that already includes EQ in/out, EQ flat/shaped, octave divider in/out and tuning mute.

Bag End

BAG END is well known for the finest workmanship available in cabinet construction. All enclosures are made from 100% plywood. They are rigid, critically dampened and properly vented, providing maximum uniform output and minimum “box sound”. Precisely machined rabbet joints and splines in angled joints ensure a uniform glue bond, providing a drop-tested strength designed to last a lifetime.

Orange

From The Voice of the World to the brand On Which the Sun Never Sets has been a journey which has taken founder Cliff Cooper from an almost-derelict shop in London’s West End to an Enterprise Awards ceremony at Buckingham Palace hosted by Her Majesty The Queen. It all began for Cliff back in 1960s’ Swinging London when he opened the Orange musical instrument shop and recording studio during the summer of 1968. Legend has it that in the very beginning not only did Cliff work all hours to make his business successful, but any sleep that he did manage to get took place in the shop itself and with the luxury of a plastic Vox speaker column cover used as a sleeping bag… Fast-forward nearly forty years to the summer of 2006 and, as C.E.O. of the Orange Music Electronic Company Ltd, Cliff was invited to Buckingham Palace to receive the Queen’s Award for Enterprise given to Orange for its contribution to international trade.

Summit Audio

Summit Audio's journey began in 1979 with our first forays into the world of audio engineering, gaining us key knowledge of customer's needs and the elements of audio science. In 1985 this journey resulted in the TLA-100 (pictured), the first product manufactured by Summit Audio. This quickly evolved into the iconic TLA-100A which has now been manufactured unchanged for over twenty years, imprinting its sonic signature on countless songs and albums to become a familiar and cherished tone sought after by engineers and loved by music fans.

SWR Sound

In the late 1970s, the clear, full and powerful SWR bass sound existed only in the mind of company founder Steve W. Rabe. He simply thought that bass amps should sound better, and he envisioned a bass sound that would satisfy the needs of professional players at the highest level. He visited studios, asking the pros working in Los Angeles what they thought. “They all just pointed their fingers at the studio monitors and said, ‘Make a bass amp sound like that, ‘cause that’s what a bass is supposed to sound like,’" Rabe said. "So that meant hi-fi, clean, full range.” With that ideology, SWR was born. Today, more than 20 years after those first five units were made in a garage, SWR products remain true to the original spirit of the company, with the highest standards of quality. SWR's classic products are still manufactured and tested in southern California, less than 75 miles away from their birthplace. They're built with the same parts and often by the same people who’ve built and tested them for more than 10 years. TC Electronic was founded in 1976 with the objective of developing, manufacturing and marketing first class audio products that provide lasting user value for audio professionals and musicians. Based in Risskov, Denmark, TC sell their products through a dedicated sales force in Europe, and through sales subsidiaries located in Los Angeles (for the North American markets), Beijing (China), and Tokyo (Japan). Independent distributors cover other markets. Currently TC employs close to 185 people worldwide working in 15 different countries.
