Rules:
This grand prize of (1) Fender Musical Instruments Corporation 4-String Fiesta Red Finish/Maple Neck '50s Precison Bass Guitar ($949.99 Retail Value) will be selected at random from all single entries (muliple entries will not count, and spammed entries will be disqualified) submitted to the giveaway list with the final drawing on June 30th, 2008. The grand prize winner will be notified by email within 10 business days of selection. Valid email & name must be provided for entries to be counted. The grand prize winner will have 10 business days (not including Saturdays, Sundays and any national holidays) to claim the grand prize. If the winner fails to claim the prize in the specified timeframe, another prize winner will be randomly selected and the previous selected winner will forfiet any and all claim to the grand prize. This process will continue until a valid winner has been selected and has claimed the grand prize within the specified amount of time.

Multiple entries will not be counted and a valid name and email address must be provided. Standard shipping in the USA is included in the giveaway, if a non-domestic (not within the 50 United States and Canada) winner is selected, the winner will be responsible for any costs involved in shipping overseas. Overseas shipping fees must be paid in full via valid Visa or Mastercard in order to claim the prize. Any overseas winner is responsible for any customs duties/taxes that may be applicable.
